Choose a subscription tier based on expected scrape volume, concurrency, and support needs.

Plans

  • Credits: included per month at that tier.
  • Concurrent: maximum number of requests the plan can run at the same time.
  • Rate limit: maximum requests per second.

What counts against included credits

Every successful request consumes credits based on the action performed and the proxy tier used — see Credits and usage for the full per-action breakdown (basic scrape, JS rendering, residential proxy use, map, crawl, and search).

Billing cycle

Plans can be billed monthly or yearly.

Upgrade or downgrade

Dashboard → Billing → Subscription

Upgrading your plan

When you upgrade, the change is applied instantly:
  • You are charged the full cost of the new plan immediately (billing is not prorated).
  • Your renewal date resets based on today’s date.
  • Unused credits carry over to your new balance.
  • Higher concurrency limits and new credit allocations apply right away.

Downgrading your plan

When you request a downgrade, your current features stay active until the end of your current billing cycle:
  • Changes take effect on your next renewal date.
  • We do not issue partial credits or refunds for remaining days on your current plan.
  • You can revoke a pending downgrade prior to the renewal date in your billing settings.

Switching billing intervals

  • Switching from monthly to yearly: instant upgrade if you stay on the same tier or move higher.
  • Switching from yearly to monthly: instant upgrade only if moving to a higher credit tier.

Dashboard → Billing → Invoices View and download invoices for past billing periods, each showing the billing period, plan name, and amount charged.
