Set a per-host scrape strategy
Pin an ordered list of scrape strategy steps for a hostname. The orchestrator consults this user-defined strategy before falling back to automatic selection.

Request parameters (JSON body)

Required

  • host (string, 1–253 chars): Hostname the strategy applies to (no path, just the host).
  • strategy (array, 1–12 items): Ordered list of strategy steps to try.

Strategy step object

  • strategy (string, required): static, stealth, brightdata_unblocker, oxylabs_unblocker
  • proxy_provider (string | null): Only for static/stealth steps. (Do not include for unblocker steps.)
  • proxy_tier (string | null): Only for static/stealth steps. (Do not include for unblocker steps.)

Responses

  • 200: The hostname and stored strategy steps.
  • 400: Invalid hostname.
  • 422: Validation error (for example, unblocker step includes proxy fields).
